- For best results use once or twice a week on dry skin before you bathe. Work on areas of thickened or calloused skin, filing towards the midline of the foot whilst being careful not to over-grip the file. Follow with the Conditioning Foot Cream.

The stainless steel handle and abrasive pads on both sides make the file hard-wearing and easy to use.
For long lasting results that leaves feet soft and smooth to the touch, use 1-2 times a week on dry skin. Work on areas of thickened, hard, calloused skin and follow with the Conditioning Foot Cream to hydrate the skin.
For best results use once or twice a week on dry skin before you bathe; this is the best time for exfoliating hard, dead skin. Work on areas of thickened or calloused skin, filing towards the midline of the foot whilst being careful not to over-grip the file. Clean with warm soapy water and a nail brush. Dab dry with a clean towel. Do not leave immersed in water.
The foot file and callus remover should not be used on broken or irritated skin. Diabetics and those with poor circulation should use with caution.
