We currently accept payment via Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, Solo, Switch and JCB. Please note, payment will be debited from your account at the time of or shortly before your order is dispatched.
You confirm that the credit or debit card being used is yours. Please note that all credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the issuer of the card. Fraudulent use of credit cards will be reported to the relevant authorities. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to pay or does not for any reason authorise payment to Bare Feet Limited (“Bare Feet”), we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of merchandise.
At Bare Feet, the security of your transactions and personal information is our priority. Because Internet security is so important to Bare Feet and our customers, our online shop uses a secure payment gateway facility provided by Stripe (www.stripe.com). We do not, therefore, store records of credit/debit card details as all transactions are processed by the secure systems at Stripe.
Cancelling or Amending Your Order
We will notify you by email to acknowledge receipt of your order and to provide you with an order number. Please check that all details in the acknowledge receipt email (“Order Confirmation”) are correct. If not please contact us immediately on [email protected] or by phone on +44203 984 0745. Please note that we cannot make amendments to your order after you receive the dispatch confirmation email.
You have a right to cancel your order within 14 days from the day after the day on which you acquire (or a third party other than a carrier and indicated by you acquires) physical possession of the last of the goods.
