Returns Policy
At Bare Feet, we are really proud of our products, and we hope that you are delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return any item in its original condition for a full refund within 14 working days of delivery. The cost of the return is payable by the customer. Please ensure that the package is wrapped securely and for your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service and retain your proof of postage as we cannot accept liability for goods lost in transit. Please could you contact our customer services team on 0203 984 0745 before any return is made so we can make sure our warehouse are aware of its arrival and therefore will minimise the time for a refund.
Inside your package, please:
- Print your name
- Print your order number
- Highlight the item(s) being returned
- Include the reason for return

Please note that if you have purchased your products via one of our stockists you will need to arrange your return or exchange with them directly. We cannot accept returned items which were not purchased from our online store.
Receiving a RefundCollapse
Your refund will be credited to the original payment method. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
Cancelling your OrderCollapse
You are able to cancel your order if your order has not yet been dispatched. Please call us on 0203 984 0745 for speed or email info@barefeetandhands.co.uk and speak to a member of the team to request a cancellation. If your order has already been dispatched then a refund will not be possible unless it is in accordance with our returns policy.
Gift ReturnsCollapse
If you have received a product item as a gift, you may exchange it with proof of purchase for another product of the same value or you may contribute to purchase a product of a higher value.

Corporate Gift ReturnsCollapse
Note, corporate gifts may only be returned by the original purchaser and within 7 working days of initial receipt and within the terms of the sale.
Defects, Incomplete Orders, or Incorrect DeliveryCollapse
At Bare Feet, all items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. If you are returning your items owing to defects, incomplete or incorrect delivery, please contact our Customer Care team on +44203 984 0745. We will correct all discrepancies and cover any postage charges.
